Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 October 2026 (draft)

1. Who we are

Populator is a product by DNA, [registered legal name and commercial registration number to be confirmed], [address], Saudi Arabia ("we", "us").

2. The service

Populator provides location analysis for Saudi cities: population, competition and footfall indicators for an area you choose, a fit score for business types, return-on-investment modelling from assumptions, AI-written summaries, and PowerPoint presentations.

3. Estimates are not guarantees

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. An organization owner is responsible for the members they invite and for use under their organization. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or threaten the service.

5. Plans, credits and payment

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to scrape or bulk-download our data, reverse engineer the service, overload it, resell it without agreement, or use it for unlawful purposes. Automated access is available only on plans that include API access.

7. Data and intellectual property

You own the content you enter and the analyses you create. We and our data providers own the underlying datasets and software. Reports you generate are for your internal business use. Some data sources are subject to their own licences and attribution requirements; see the data sources listed in each analysis. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change features, data and plans, giving notice of material changes to paid plans.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. [Exact wording to be confirmed by counsel.]

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. [Forum and dispute resolution to be confirmed.]

11. Contact

[Contact email and address to be confirmed.] See also our Privacy Policy.
